Cant login. Tells me to contact support then the link takes me here with out anything else.

Cant login to my mobile or browser.

Cant find anything helpful in search results.

Idk what else to say. What’s up? Where is an actual help section or option to open a ticket? Or contact support properly?

Uphold has been s h i t for years.

Am I reporting a bug? I am reporting that Uphold told me to contact support and here I am since there is not a way to contact support apparently…

Who knows? Your original post just makes mention of not being able to login. You don’t provide any details at all. Login to what? Gmail? Facebook? Twitter? Brave? Uphold? iCloud?

Also no details about what version of Brave you’re using or anything.

All of these details make a huge difference in the answers you can be given.

Which means this is one of the things openly reported and you chose not to look for open issues and answers yet. For example, official reply below:

Not being able to login to something is a bug.

Creating a topic here should have you complete the template. Also have to say rather than Browser Support > Desktop Support this should have been under Brave Rewards > Rewards Support since your issue is about connecting Rewards to Uphold.

Reading information provided by people or companies is kind of important. As is providing information requested of you rather than deleting forms and expecting answers without saying anything.

Do keep in mind I’m an active user, not someone from Brave. And yes, I just yapped back at you with the same type of attitude you gave me when I was just trying to help. No, it’s not cool. But at least guiding to answers.

So to repeat, now that you did provide information, it’s a known issue and it’s being worked on.
