Hello, thank you for your report. We are actively looking into this issue. Current indication is that there is an issue when when we try to contact Uphold’s API.
It is unlikely that resetting Rewards will resolve the problem.

Hello, I am facing the same issue, I also did the reset rewards but didn’t work. I still facing the same issue. It is in portuguese but it it is “Cannot connect Uphold error something went wrong”.
@Train there’s an official response right above where you replied. And as they indicated it is a known issue and they are working on it
