Cant get ads anymore and I lost 10 BAT for no reason

After I reinstall my computer I cant get ads anymore and 10 BAT dissapear after the bug,

If you lost BAT due to uninstall and re-installing Brave, Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the lost BAT.

I backup the folder, I had 12.500 BAT when I re enter on Brave but one day or 2 days after they dissappear so wasnt because of the reinstall. I had it. I still have the folder with 12.5 BAT on my stick.
