Cannot scroll down

hey, in some Website i have the issue that i cant scroll down.
The scrollbar on the right appears for like 1 second (in this second i can scroll down), then it suddenly disappears. Afterwards i cannot scroll anymore. Some friend got the same issue, we both use Windows 10 with Razer DeathAdder Elite (Razer Synapse 3 Software).

Do anyone have an idea, how to fix this? I’d love to use brave - but i cant use it fully. So i still have to open other browsers for some websides. :frowning:
