I got the message to claim my reward both on my desktop device and my mobile, once I click to claim:
-On desktop ask for proof I’m human but never works
-On mobile I click to claim and it never works
Please help me out with this issue

This is a widespread issue and has been happening to a lot of users. We’ve been told by Brave staff to give it some time and the browser will automatically notify us giving us another chance to claim rewards. No timeframe given — we just need to be patient.
