When I click on claim reward it just says “oops, something went wrong”. It’s also not synced with the desktop version. I have a verified upheld wallet
Well I thought maybe deleting and reinstalling on my iPhone could help. Nope - totally wiped all my rewards for the last year. Total disaster.

However, now that you’ve un/reinstalled, do you see the same error message when you attempt to open the Rewards panel?
No I do not, but who cares when it wiped my entire earnings history. How do I get that back?

You cannot retrieve them after uninstall unless they were already transferred into your Uphold account. Do you know how much you had previously?
I had monthly pending ones that I could not claim going back probably a year. I don’t know specifically but the highest 2 ones were ~20

Please DM with the following information:
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards.
Same issue here. Despite using the app fairly regularly— I haven’t been able to claim my rewards as I always receive that oops error message and I’m not receiving awards for ads.
