Can i use same zebpay account to Desktop brave and mobile brave

can i use the same account for both devices and i will get the sum of both ads as the payout for the next FEB/8/25.

When the new option will come instead of zebpay for india ,because the zebpay takes most of the rewards as tax and membership fees. please help with this ,change the option for india if i earn 100rs the zebpay takes 19rs for taxs and if i forgot to take the money out in 1month then zebpay makes it 0 balance if the balance was 1000rs also becames 0 balance
