Description of the issue:
It looks very weird like my gpu is acting up and cant render in what I am seeing but I know it is not my gpu because I have refreshed my gpu a bunch of times also it doesn’t happen on another browser I use.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Move your mouse over some YouTube videos or anything that will bring you to a link and it will happen.

Expected result:
It should work fine.
Reproduces how often:
Every time.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration
