Bug report - Seems I can write everywhere

Hi, I’m new here so I don’t even know if i can post it here.
Wherever I press it seems I can write there. Certainly I’m not good at english so I made a video showing what I mean, I don’t know if it is really a bug, it occurs in every webpage, even in buttons.

Please tell what OS you’re using.
If on Windows, let us know if the same happens when you open a private window. If it doesn’t then I will suggest disabling extensions one by one.
Also screenshots will be good to know what’s happening.

Thank you for reaching out. Unless I’m mistaken, you appear to be in “carat browsing mode”. To resolve this, please press F7 in the browser to change back:
