i’ve been trying to fix this and i have absolutely no idea what made this happen or why it’s not getting fixed. nobody i know has ever had this happen to them
@Corleyrecord there is a template that gets generated when you create a topic. At the very least you should always share what version of Brave you’re using and which specific OS. I know you used the Windows tag, but is it Windows 10, Windows 11, or what?
Also want to point out that you have not told any details about what’s happening. Sure, there’s a screenshot, but it doesn’t say much.
Lastly, have you made any basic troubleshooting attempts? For example:
- Have you tried in a private window?
- Did you delete cookies or cache?
- Are you using extensions? If so, try disabling them
- Have you tried in a Guest profile or tried to create a new browser profile?
- Does this issue happen in any of your other browsers?
There are many potential causes to any issue people face. Rather than saying “why is it like this,” you usually need to make a decent attempt to check things out and communicate. This is especially the case since people aren’t sitting there with you to be able to check on things themselves.
