Browser fingerprinting protection on iOS and iPadOS really not working?

So it seems that the fingerprint protection on iOS and iPadOS is really not working. This is even with the VPN-service. On Windows with Brave browser it works very well, you get “your browser has a randomized fingerprint” every time, but with iOS-systems it is always unique:

Brave’s goal is to randomize the output of your APIs in such a way that we preserve website functionality while still maintaining privacy. So even though the EFF tool reports that you have a very unique value, this value would be different even for you per-site. This is a very effective measure against cross-site tracking.
