Description of the issue:
Elements of the webpage are don’t load properly. Sometimes they appear blocked and incomplete, it’s usually text but the background may glitch out too. Functionally, they are fine, the visuals is the only issue. Hovering over or selecting the text usually makes it readable, but not all the time. It can happen to any webpage including search engines and social media. This only happens on my Windows 10 desktop browser and not my mobile browser.
