Browser colors: Can't read filenames of downloaded files when in dark mode

My Windows color scheme is dark, but I set my browser to light, because it’s hard to see things with the dark mode.

The problem is, the only color that changed is the top of the browser. The menus and the bottom bar where downloaded files show are still dark.

But the real reason I’m posting is that I can’t read the text of my downloaded files. I believe this part is defaulting to dark mode, so the bug is that the text color needs to be lightened on dark mode.

But the other half is that I want everything, including the file download bar, and the menus, to be light colored when I have the browser colors set to Light.
