Description of the issue:
When trying to share a page to Facebook using the Facebook link, the popup window quickly shrinks down to the smallest size. It only happens on websites that do not open new tabs to share Facebook links.
**How can this issue be reproduced? **
1.Go to a web page and click on share to Facebook link.

Share to Facebook popup window should open and stay correct size.
