Brave window always uses primary screen's zoom

Description
Brave window displays at primary screen’s zoom level even when dragged on a second screen with different zoom level.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Primary screen set to resolution 2880x1800 at zoom 200%
  2. Second screen set to resolution 1920x1080 at zoom level 100%
  3. Open Brave browser - opens on primary screen with correct size / proportions
  4. Drag window to second screen, the zoom applied to the window (including icons and page content) is still at 200%, which causes it to be over-sized for the second screen’s resolution+zoom

Expected result:
Brave window should re-adjust display and use 100% zoom level displayed with good proportions/sizing on second screen’s 1920x1080
