Clean brave install on new PC - settings are not showing correctly:
How can this issue be reproduced?
**Expected result: Brave actually shows me all the settings not just the limited getting started list **
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.42.88 Chromium: 104.0.5112.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)

It looks like your screen may be zoomed in or the window is resized to smaller than the width required to show the left-hand sidebar. Can you confirm whether or not any of the above is true?
No , it is not zoomed in at all I just captured the relevant part of the screen in that picture
The windows was on a 1920 x 1200 monitor filling most of the screen
Interesting — would you mind opening a new window (with no sites open), then going to Settings and taking a fullscreen image of the page?
