I’m running Brave Release and Nightly without issue (Brave 0.65.118 Chromium: 75.0.3770.80 (Official Build) (64-bit) and 0.68.26 Chromium: 75.0.3770.80 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit), both on Windows 10 1809 (Build 17763.503)), so I’m wondering if you’re running antivirus/antimalware software that may be interfering. In particular, Kaspersky has been known to interfere with Brave when there’s an update.
