This is likely your issue. Did you create your Uphold account with your passport from Korea? If so, then this is the one piece of information Uphold uses to communicate with Brave on which country you’re from. So they would say you’re from Korea and this would mean you’re not in a supported country, as you will see Korea is not on the list of supported countries at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469-List-of-supported-regions-Custodial-payout-accounts
To fix this, you will need to submit a USA ID or passport to Uphold and have them update your nationality. Change of address is not enough.
