I have 170 downloads of which only 22 install which is strange to me, please check if this is ok?.

I guess you are talking about Referral’s on Brave Creators. It can take some time until the Referral stat’s are updated, starting from just a couple of days, e.g. 3-7 and max. 30+ days. Check back at Brave Creators regularly to see the updates on your Referral stat’s. Hope this help’s!
