- I’m unable to link a wallet on the Android app. It shows in one spot I have BAT tokens, and in another it shows a balance of 0.

No “verify wallet” button is available.
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Not on the Android app.
Are you using a VPN?
- No

- Yes, USA.
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
- Yes, Samsung S10+
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
- Yes
