Dear community, good Thursday!
I have had the Brave Browser on my Android Smartphone for almost a year …
I had around 7 BATS to allocate to my Uphold account …
Last week I checked my UPHOLD wallet in the Android Brave browser, it gave me OK, in fact the BATs were updated in the browser (they synchronized) but those 7 BATs never reached my Uphold account …

What I can do?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
