Brave Rewards: Nothing happens when I click "Add Funds" or "Verify Wallet" (Video recording of bug included)

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open the Brave Rewards page
  2. Try to click “Add Funds” or “Verify Wallet”
  3. Nothing happens

Expected result:

I expect to go to the next screen/page.

Brave Version (check About Brave):

Version 1.25.70 Chromium: 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (x86_64)

macOS 11.4
