Cannot Verify UpHold Wallet

Description of the issue:
Unable to verify UpHold wallet. The Verify Wallet, Add Funds, and Withdraw Funds buttons in the right hand callout and the Verify link at the bottom of the right hand callout of brave://rewards are completely unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Launch Brave
  2. Go to brave://rewards
  3. In the right hand callout, click on Verify Wallet (or any other button) or the Verify link at the bottom of the right hand callout.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Nothing happens.

Expected Result:
Some type of verification process with UpHold

Always

Yes
