Brave rewards not coming in

To Whom it may concern,

I’ve been using brave for the past couple months, even buying some on Gemini and have verified everything I needed. However, on the 8th of every month since October I’m not getting a notification for my rewards and thus not knowing what’s happening to them. I’ve got my mum and myself using Brave at the same time on two different computers and neither of us are getting notifications for the rewards. If my rewards are getting directly deposited in my account I’m not being notified.

could someone give me insight on what’s happening

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
