I have not received Brave rewards since Oct 2020

Hi,
I no longer received Rewards emails since last October, I do occasionally checked Brave rewards website and it has been showing some BAT pending to be paid out, but never did.
And then I noticed I no longer receive pop-up ads as well. Anyone facing the same issue?

Ive sent @steeven a couple messages. One with all of my version info etc. Havent heard back from him. Im guessing these issues are happening to a lot of users.

Me too, sent him a lot of messages and he didn’t respond yet.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
