Rewards not depositing to Gemini

For the past few months I drag the triangle to the triangle to deposit my funds into my wallet. It looks like it works, and then I check Gemini and my balance is the same as it was months ago. Any ideas how to get this to work? Last time I started a topic and eventually someone got around to it and updated my wallet, but what a crappy experience to have to do this every month

Given your issue of no Rewards over ‘the past few months’, @steeven or @SaltyBanana may show up and assist you.

Yes to clarify, I have not posted every month as that seems like a waste of time, but it seems like that is what I would need to do to receive the rewards. Thank you for the link/help
