Description of the issue:
If I visit the url chrome://rewards-internals/ I see the following:
Key Info Seed: Invalid
Wallet Payment ID:
Persona ID:
User ID:
Wallet created: 01/01/1970
This is on my MacBook Pro which is running macOS Mojave (10.14.6), however on my Windows 10 machine I see something like this:
Key Info Seed: Valid
Wallet Payment ID: xxxxxxxxxx
Persona ID: xxxxxxxxxx
User ID: xxxxxxxxxx
Wallet created: 12/23/2018
Where the text xxxxxxxxxx is unique ID looking.
In theory this problem started when I upgraded to Version 1.0.0 Chromium: 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit) however I cannot be sure of this. It should also be noted that both Brave on macOS and Brave on Windows are connected to the same Uphold account.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Upgrade to Brave 1.0.0?
- Visit chrome://rewards-internals/
