@MrArturS Well, depends on which exact message you’re getting. If it’s as you phrased here, then it’s because your OS isn’t set for UK. Most likely you have it set to Russia or one of the other countries which are not able to use Rewards.
If you’re getting message that says Region Not Supported, then it’s because your passport you used to verify with Uphold is not from the UK and is instead from a country that’s not supported.

@MrArturS What OS are you using? Seeing that gives me old Windows XP or Vista kind of vibes. Been a while. More modern Windows would look like below:
I want to make sure which OS and that you’re also in the correct location.
