Brave reward not claimable after error

Briefly describe your issue:
After receiving the message “Credentials process not succeeded LEDGER_ERROR”, my previous month reward is unclaimable, says it is processing but I have not linked to Gemini nor Uphold since my region is not available. Shouldn’t the reward enter my wallet?

hey it looks like a global problem that the team is investigating perhaps you can send your credentials to maatches, like your wallet id what version of brave you using a screen show of your rewards page and what version of operating system your using

The same thing happens to me, I had to claim the BAT from the ads and they still haven’t added me to the wallet (I don’t have verified wallet). I just have to wait for them to solve the problem, right?
I still see the number 1 in the triangle.
