Brave Publishers Banners Not Updating

Description of the issue: Not Verified Bug has returned but not for verifications, it has to do with banners,tip amounts and avatars not updating

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Update banner image, text, avatar, tip amount loadout.
  2. Save.
  3. Wait 24-48hours (the normal)

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Any and all Banner info remains the same and not updated.

Expected result:
Updated information

Reproduces how often:
Everytime.

Windows 10 Home Version 1903 (build 18362.1016)
Version 1.13.82 Chromium: 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) (64-bit)
