Brave opens and closes in an instant after installation

Description of the issue:
I want to switch from Chrome to Brave, as I use Brave on my smartphone and really like it there. I downloaded the Installer on my Windows device and then (by double clicking) installed it. After the installation was complete a window poped up for a split-second and then disappeared. When i try to open Brave, sometimes nothing happens, and sometimes it again opens a window for a split-second and then disappears again.

What I tried so far:

  1. Opening it as an administrator: When opening it as an administrator the windows comes up everytime for a split-second (not just sometimes)
  2. Using ‘–disable-gpu’: Nothing changed
  3. Using ‘–incognito’: Nothing changed
  4. Using Beta or Nightly version: Nothing changed
  5. Installing it via the Microsoft Store: Nothing changed
  6. Installing previous versions: Didn’t work either
  7. I tried installing other Browsers (Opera and Firefox), both installation worked.

Additional Information:
I have a Windows 11 Home Laptop with an Intel processor and a Nvidia GPU.

@Kikato can you confirm that you downloaded Brave on your Win11 machine from the official Brave website? Additionally, can you check and confirm that any AV software (including Windows Defender) is not flagging/blocking Brave from launching?

Yes, i downloaded Brave from the official Brave website. I only have the Windows Defender at the moment and as far as I can see it does not block anything (also tried disabling it).
What I forgot to mention was that when starting up Brave there are like 5 instances of Brave in the Task Manager (all of them disappear almost instantly).
