Brave not loading any pages

So I tried to load DuckDuckGo (my usual search engine)
and it didn’t respond. I tried going to Google and repl.it, and it all popped up with "This site can;t be reached. .com took too long to respond. It also shows https sites as “not secure”, and when i open it up on another browser, it shows secure. I can open all the brave:// sites although the about page shows the wrong Windows 10 build I’m using.

Windows build: 19042
Windows 10 Home edition
(yes, i did clear my cache)

OK, ignore this forum. Turns out it was a virus and after a full system reset, it works. Please go back to whatever you were doing.
