My PC has recently been compromised and I’ve been taking measurements to regain control. One of those was trying to delete cookies and saved passwords. Now when I tried to delete the browsing data via Settings, brave was stuck on a loop. Any setting at all made it be stuck, and it didn’t matter if the timewindow was 1h or alltime. During this vital time brave was stuck on a fcking loop (fck you developers). I could have lost a lot there, but I managed to manually delete all the data. Which was also super fcking annoying since none of the folders were labeled so that I can distinguish them, so I then had to delete everything since I was also in a hurry.
Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
1.Open Brave
2.Go to Settings → Privacy and Security-> delete Browsing Data
3. Click on Delete data, where it doesn’t even fcking matter what settings you clicked on, whether it’s a 1h timeframe with only cookies or not
