Browser crashes when attempting to open the browser settings. I tested it on a different device with the same app version but different system version (Android 11) and I can open the settings on that device just fine.
The system version where the browser is crashing when opening the settings is Android 6.0.1, app version is 1.32.8

I also have Android 6 and opening settings crash the browsers
Mentioned your thread in a Github ticket regarding a similar crash in Android 5, might be the same issue. Feel free to provide additional information if any.

Browser crashes on Android 5 when opening settings on current Nightly or Beta.

## Steps to reproduce
1. Take the latest Nightly (1.32.29) or Beta (1.31.64)
2. Install on Android 5 (I used x86 emulator)
3. pass through onboarding and open Settings
## Actual result
Crash happens
