Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
- using centos 8 or 8.1 or 8.2
- using brave since the last 5 versions till the latest version (did not checked earlier version)
- hibernate the system while brave has some tabs opened
- start the system and it will be very laggy the whole system not just the brave browser
- closing brave would not even help cause …
