Expected behavior:
After I have changed the settings to open a new tab upon startup, Brave should not open the old tabs that I closed, it should only open a new tab.
Current behavior:
After I close my Brave with one user profile, and I open it again, it still opens up all the old tabs.

@bonobo I can’t replicate the issue. My first instinct when unable to replicate is that it may be related to extensions. I notice you have another profile, does it happen there or only on the one? And if you happen to have the same extensions on both, then could you test on a new profile with no extensions and see if the same problem occurs?
Also, could you confirm which version of Brave you’re using? Knowing the specific version number helps avoid assumptions and allows others to test further.
