**Description of the issue: Brave will not load Proton Mail or Brave’s own site both have the same error. Error is:
brave.com is blocked
brave.com refused to connect.
ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE
When turning on Developer Tools I see the following:
(index):6590 crbug/1173575, non-JS module files deprecated.
expect(!loadTimeData, “should only include this file once”);
loadTimeData = new LoadTimeData;
window.loadTimeData = loadTimeData;

Filed a case with Proton Mail - and they mentioned several other Brave users reported the same issue. I have reported this via Hamburger>Help>Report Broken Site
