Brave is not making any sounds or appearing on the volume mixer

Description of the issue:
My computer and other applications are making sound just fine, but Brave is not, I tried restarting my computer but to no avail, it also is not appearing as an app on the volume mixer.

How can this issue be reproduced?
it can be reporduced every time brave opens

1.59.124
