Try the following, it works for a lot of users who are experiencing problems connecting their Rewards and Uphold.
Cannot Connect Brave Rewards with Uphold Account
If that doesn’t work (hopefully it does!), try clearing history/cache, exiting the browser, then reopening. That works for some users too.
