Brave is erasing all my passwords daily or more often

Brave is erasing all my passwords daily. and/ or hourly. The passwords will show up in auto fill, both ones to save and never save, but later they will all be removed

I do NOT have any items checked under Clear Browsing Data/ On Exit… which is where some people encountered trouble with this issue. There are only the 3 items checked under Clear Browsing Data/ Basic that are checked automatically and cannot be unchecked, and the 4 items checked automatically that cannot be unchecked under Clear Browsing Data/ Advanced.

How can this issue be reproduced? Not sure

I want the browser to save my passwords.
