Auto-fill passwords randomly deleleted

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Start computer
  2. Open Brave
  3. Try to log into any account, logged out+no passwords saved

Expected result:
My saved passwords not being deleted and auto-logging me in.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
V1.33.106
Additional Information:
Everything else is normal. After prompting me to relog on websites it shows a save password options like I never had any before. My saved passwords are just wiped for no reason at all. Infuriating enough to switch browsers if this will be an ongoing issue with new updates.
