Brave for Android capped at 60hz

Description of the issue:
My OnePlus 7 Pro phone has a 90hz screen. When using Chrome for Android I can go testufo.com to see the devices refresh rate and on Chrome I get 90hz, but when I use Brave I can see its capped at 60hz. Obviously I bought the device with a 90hz display for smoother animations / scrolling / etc, so it would be nice if Brave supported the higher refresh rate.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Open Brave for Android on a device with a display higher than 60hz.
  2. Go to https://testufo.com/refreshrate
  3. See that the refresh is capped at 60hz.
  4. Repeat in Chrome for Android to see its capped at 90hz (or whatever you have).

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Refresh rate is capped at 60hz.

Expected result:
Refresh rate to be 90hz.

Reproduces how often:
Every time

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in Settings):
Brave: 1.0.95, Chromium 74.0.3729.157
Chrome: Chrome 74.0.3729.157

I confirm this. Using brave on 7 pro is just disgusting. Can we just have an updated version of brave?

I agree as well. Please add 90 hz support!
