Brave doesn't load anything

Description of the issue:
Brave doesn’t load any pages. It just keeps on loading forever. Brave rewards too doesn’t load.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave
  2. Open any url
  3. Wait forever

Expected result:
It should load sites. What’s the use of browser that cannot load any sites?

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.11.105
