Brave Desktop Keeps Automatically Disabling Safe Browsing Mode

Issue: My Brave Desktop keeps automatically disabling my Safe Browsing mode. I’m running on Windows 11; 64 bit; Brave Version v1.50.118.

Can anyone help address this issue? I’ve submitted a help request half a year ago but never received a response.
