When I click on Brave Browser, it launches a white screen and instantly crashes.
This has only been happening today over the last 1~2 hours.
I’ve tried deleting/renaming User Data, doesn’t work.
I’ve tried opening a Private Window (via right click on the icon), doesn’t work.
There’s at least 2 people who have posted about the same issue on this very same hour. so I know the problem is not me.
I’ve been using the PC the whole day, so no, I didn’t turn off the PC to install a Windows update.
It’s Windows 10 that I’m using btw.
I suppose I will try launching Windows 11 and see if it also happens there.
A family member of mine works for Amazon, and their browser needs to be verified by Amazon so that they can access the software. She uses Brave Browser. If this also happens to her, she won’t be able to complete the work that needs to be finished tomorrow (because the browser takes a day to 48 hours to get manually verified, so she can’t just try to use a different browser to work). Therefore this is rather urgent.
