Brave crashes if started after being closed for a long time

Description of the issue: Brave crashes if started after being closed for a long time.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Start Brave
  2. Close Brave
  3. After brave being closed for about an hour or two, start Brave again, then the result would be a crash. Brave would not start and work smoothly without a Windows restart.

Expected result: For Brave to start and work every time it’s started after being closed for a long time without a Windows restart.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.2.43 Chromium: 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: A Brave reset was tried But the reset kept going on and going So it was abandoned by closing Brave. This issue started after the tried reset. But a reinstallation was done. Yet still, the Issue keeps popping up sometimes.
