Brave can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software

Hi

I’ve a problem with Apple + Brave. Apple recently updated the system and Brave asked to reinstall it completely, as a result I can’t use the browser at all, it says:

“Brave Browser.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

System Version: macOS 10.15.1 (19B88)

What shall I do? and how to fix this?
