Unable to install browser on Macbook Pro. Getting an error that Apple cannot check for malicious software and to contact Developer. Suggestions?

I got the same error but went to finder, right clicked and told it to open… (you have to have that set in security) and it installed and seem to be working fine. Mac Mini, Mac OSx 10.15 beta.
