Brave Browser Won't Open

HARDWARE-
LINUX - POP!_os

I tried to open using the GUI but it wont open so I tried using brave-browser in the terminal but it returned -

4544:4544:0419/110137.148649:ERROR:process_singleton_posix.cc(353)] The profile appears to be in use by another Brave process (5720) on another computer (pop-os). Brave has locked the profile so that it doesn't get corrupted. If you are sure no other processes are using this profile, you can unlock the profile and relaunch Brave.
[4544:4544:0419/110137.148876:ERROR:message_box_dialog.cc(146)] Unable to show a dialog outside the UI thread message loop: Brave - The profile appears to be in use by another Brave process (5720) on another computer (pop-os). Brave has locked the profile so that it doesn't get corrupted. If you are sure no other processes are using this profile, you can unlock the profile and relaunch Brave.

Then I tried to kill the process and ran cmd but it returned with no process

rohit@pop:~$ ps aux | grep brave
rohit 4584 0.0 0.0 18884 2560 pts/1 S+ 11:02 0:00 grep --color=auto brave
rohit@pop:~$ ps aux | grep brave-browser
rohit 4586 0.0 0.0 19016 2560 pts/1 S+ 11:02 0:00 grep --color=auto brave-browser

Tried to restart PC but same issue.
also couldnt find any lockfile in ~/.config/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/Default

How can I fix this? It has important accounts and info.

If there is smth like task manager of windows but on linux, try running that and close every thing of brave u find there. If that doesn’t work try uninstalling and reinstalling brave, kep ur passwords and other site login data backed up which is saved in brave.

I tried looking into as in the start of the forum but no processes were found. @Memeater
