Hi

I have an uphold wallet and have been verified with Brave for that wallet for over a year. For some reason on the rewards page it says I am unverified. When I try to sign into Uphold through the rewards page I get an error message. I have a screenshot I can upload at some point if it helps. Anyway, the gist of the message is that I have certain restrictions or limitations with my Uphold account. When I sign in to uphold I have not seen any issues at all, plus I have not changed any settings since the last time Brave paid me out. Uphold is also showing me that I am still integrated with Brave. Can you check the issue and let me know if this will impact my Nov payouts.

Could you try to sign in to Uphold and see if they require you to do KYC /AML again?

Thanks for the info but I am not sure that this is the case for me. I have received 0.25BAT today which is a fraction of the full amount owed to me. If 0.25 can be sent why not the whole amount? It is also not allowing me to make the withdrawal as 0.25Bat is not enough I guess. The remainder of my crypto on there is locked up in staking. My profile also says that I am verified so I can’t see what the issue is
